Patti Weihl, National Restaurant Sales Manager

Patti Weihl has been the National Restaurant Sales Manager for the North American Bison Cooperative since November 2005. She has sold gourmet products to chefs at the finest restaurants in the country for 15 years.  Mrs. Weihl has also attended cooking school in France featured in Harvesting Excellence by acclaimed Chef Alain Ducasse. She has attended Central Washington University and is is a member of the James Beard Foundation, the National Restaurant Association, and Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
