Ed Morrissey, Vice President of Sales  

Ed Morrissey has been the Vice President of Sales, Western Region for the North American Bison Cooperative since March 2004 and was the Director of Retail Sales for the NABC from 2002-2004.  Prior to his employment with NABC, he was the Vice President of New West Foods/Denver Buffalo Company since 1992 where he managed two bison-themed restaurants as well as the retail catalog and leather divisions while developing several national food service accounts. Mr. Morrissey graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management.
